New computer buying service includes:
- Your personal computer consultant will come to your home and discuss with you what you want to use the computer for and how best to configure the computer. This is an very important step for both the final cost of the computer and what type of computer you end up buying.
- Your consultant then shops for the best deals available for the equipment you need. We always use premier name brands for their reliability and warranties. And we often get those premier brands at less than the bargains that you see being offered.
- Usually within 3 days the consultant will be back in contact with you with at least 3 quotes for computers that will more than fill your requirements. You will then be responsible for ordering the equipment, but the consultant will be right by your side, ensuring that you get what you wanted, and only what you wanted!!!
- Once your new computer arrives, the consultant will arrange a appointment with you to set up the system. (Usually that evening, we are computer fanatics and understand how exciting receiving the computer shipment is!!! And how badly you want to play with)
- Your consultant will set up the computer for internet connectivity and will be glad to set up your mail service. (you are required to have a internet service provider for this portion, or else we can connect you to AOL or MSN for new service.
- If you are replacing a computer and would like to transfer files from the old computer to the new computer, we will be glad to do that for you. (Both computers must be USB capable)
- Your consultant will show how any new features work that you may have purchased with the system.
- Your consultant will be glad to connect any peripheral equipment (like printers or scanners) you have to the new system and load any drivers that are require to ensure operability. (This feature is in addition to the Basic Fee)
- As you get to know your system you will have additional question and your consultant will be available for any further questions regarding your system for up to 90 Days after the purchase. (We say 90 days but the truth is that we will be there for you even after that. We want you to enjoy your purchase for a long time to come)
- Any Equipment failure on the system we handle all the contacting of the manufacture and ensure they fix the equipment the way they have warrantee to.
All of this for $125.00 (additional peripherals at $25 for the first 2)
(this price is less than what you would pay to have the computer put in from the computer companies themselves.)
